Darchitect was born in 2014, when three friends and experienced musicians from São Paulo, Brazil, decided to join forces and create the heaviest project each of them had ever taken part in. in 2014, guitarist Alex Marras moved to Bristol, UK, while drummer Gabe Gifoli and bassist and vocalist Lucas Coca remained in São Paulo, which seemed a challenge for composing, but eventually proved not to be enough to discourage the trio. Through the years 2015 and 2016, the band composed, rehearsed and recorded it's first work, "Mechanical Healing", living proof that the ocean dividing the members of the band physically was not an issue when there was willpower and discipline. Darchitect has everything one could expect from a classic thrash or death metal band: fast riffs, double drum pedals, heavy bass, aggressive gutural vocals, but it is also not afraid to dare higher flights. The trio also added elements from blues, lyrics with a meaning beyond shallowness, acoustic guitars and even narration.
